Product Submission Forms:
Completely fill out the Product Submission Form for each product to be certified:

1. Make sure that you list all the retailers that you will be supplying with source tagged product (this is necessary in order to supply retailers with certification data)
    
2. If you have specific labelling location requirements make sure that you supply a detailed request and provide a reason for the request
    
3. Fax or email form to the appropriate location

Product Submission:
Send 1 sample of each of the products to be certified with the exception of the following products in which require 3 samples to be sent:

• Batteries
• Film
• Products that contain permanent magnetic properties or have heavy ferrous metal content

Product Packaging:

• Products should be the exact product and packaging that will be shipped to the specific retailer
• If packaging differs between retailers all varieties must be submitted with the products

Product Return:

• Products are not returned unless requested by vendor at the time of submittal
• Return shipping fees will be charged according to vendor’s request

Turn Around:

• Every attempt will be made to complete certification within 10 business days
• Should there be more than 10 items submitted additional processing time will be necessary

Tracking and Reporting of Certified Products:

TAG Company will supply, upon request, a password that will allow access to the web database.  You can access the data with the following link: Source Tagging Database

• Data is only accessible for products that have been submitted for certification by the specific vendor/supplier
• Retailers will have full access to all products that have been specifically certified for them based on the product submission form
• TAG Company has full access to all data
