Realizing the importance of ensuring that retailers have a true alternative choice in a full service EAS provider who meets all of their Source Tagging needs, TAG Company launched the Series 58 Security Label™ in September of 2006.  In support of our retail and manufacturing customers, TAG Company invested in two state-of-the-art Source Tagging Certification Centres.  The locations were chosen to service the majority of the Source Tagging community with a location in Florida to service the Americas and a second in Hong Kong to service all of Asia and Europe.  Our Centres feature both AM and RF technologies and are equipped with the most commonly used EAS systems.  By employing the top selling technologies and systems, TAG Company can certify your products, ensuring that the security label performs well in all retail environments no matter which technology or detection system is installed.

Our Source Tagging Certification Centres test all products to industry specifications set by the retailer(s) confirming that the label, after application, provides optimal performance in detection and deactivation.

The highly skilled technicians in our Certification Centres consider packaging implications and application processes during the certification process; only suggesting the most efficient placement of the label for cashier consistency at the POS and for integration in the operation of the manufacturer and/or packaging company.

All certifications will be documented on a secure website database complete with password protection.  Upon finalization of successful certification, the customer will receive confirmation of certification, including detailed photographs of the product with the correct label placement.  Should a product fail certification, upon request, TAG Company technicians are available to discuss changes required for the product to pass certification.
